Not having a reliable service makes life way more complicated for working parents. Plus, it's so stressful not knowing if your kid's in good hands.

To achieve this, I conducted interviews with parents aged between 24 and 50, aiming to gain deeper insights into their experiences and challenges related to finding qualified babysitters. The interviews gave me valuable insights into their world and what they really need.
